tried clearing cache etc , cookies etc , still keep getting ...

I use Chrome and just relisted a few unsold items and had no problems.

I am using Chrome too, and also able to relist items.

However, I am still unable to start a new listing, still feature temporary unavailable.

Try listing using the sell similar option. I just tried that and it went through OK. At least it might get some listings up until the fix it.

This is still happening.

I've tried a listing starting from scratch, from Sell Similar and from Inventory.

The only way I could get past the error message was to only upload one pic. Any more than that and it spits the dummy.
