Cannot send messages to buyersl

Anyone else not able to send messages to buyers please? I get up to attach photos sometimes, but there is no space to reply. Is it me or an ebay glitch? Thanks

Hi Just crusing i had the exact same problem happen to me today.

i cleaned out cookies and cache and it didnt fix it. so then i threatened to throw the computer out the window and still nothing.

finally i turned off the computer and later when i turned it back on the glitches were fixed. hopefully that works for you to.

Thanks but did not work. I have a new computer and it has been working great till today -so I do not want to thro it out the window! lol. I switched it off, cleared out history and still the same. I cannot contact anyone via ebay, or even see my sellers contact details for adress etc only via paypal. And I do like to contact buyers to thank them and let them know when I am posting

If you're experiencing this problem in IE, just click in to Tools in your Toolbar, click into Compatability View Settings, if you have Ebay in there remove it, click on Close & the problem will be solved immediately.

Hi, thanks so much for your help. That worked! Pity the ebay chat does not have someone like you -they had no idea and told me to use a different browser in the end.
