How to Reverse C&S Label Mistake

Hi all,

I've printed out a C&S label for a 500gm satchel by mistake.

So now I don't need to actually use the label I have already printed and paid for.

Anyone know how I can reverse ("unpay") the label?

Either phone C&S or send them an email and give them the label details and they will cancel the label and credit the payment within a couple of days.

Have been in and sent them an email with all the label details on it.

Received a confirmation email to my email account with a reference number.

So guess this means they are working on it.
