Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help me, I had two people pay me by paypal about 9 - 10 days ago, when I go in to try and put the money into my own account, only one of the monies shows up in the balance, even though it shows that both people have paid.

Hi Cindy,

Did you purchase something recently and it was taken from your PayPal balance when you thought it would come out of your bank account?

I have purchased before not realising I had funds in PayPal and it automatically chooses that first.

Thanks Kopenhagen, perhaps that is it, but even if I did make a pay pal purchase, should it still show up in my transactions if it was taken from the balance and not my bank account?

It will always go from your balance first, but yes it should still show in your transactions. Are you sure the payment was via Paypal and not some other method? Have you upgraded to a Premier or Business account, you are not allowed to sell with only a Personal Paypal a/c.
