More Glitches?

In the past day I have had two zero feedback casual ebayers purchase from me and not pay. When I go to send an invoice / make contact to get paid the postage information comes up 'null' as per attachment. There is zero chance of either paying in my opinion. We do allow casual zero feedbackers as get quite a few decent sales off them. Has anyone else experienced this issue and can it be protected against as its a pain in the bum having to go unpaid item etc etc to get fees back from people who have no intention of paying.

Never ever had a 'null' before
