As for the likelihood of more before Christmas, your guess is as good as mine although my gut tells me that there will be because it's the busiest time of the year. All I can suggest is that you keep your eyes open and watch the Selling board because as soon as a promo becomes available somebody always very kindly posts the link.

Yes I used to get an email invitation to list , but that has stopped for some unknown reason .?? I spotted the post on this board

I got an email for this one, a couple of days after the link was first posted here, but haven't had the email for the previous few before that.

I wonder if they have it set up to send to X amount of random accounts, which might explain why some get it sometimes but not others.
