I'm HAPPY! in Selling https://community.ebay.com.au/t5/Selling/Honest-Customer-Auspost-refund-I-m-HAPPY/m-p/54510#M8629 <P class="mce-p">Hi everyone, I sold an item during xmas, sent reg.post, customer got it badly broken, (this was my first broken item) I ask for pictures, and refunded.</P><BR /> <P class="mce-p">&nbsp;</P><BR /> <P class="mce-p">Customer took the time to go to the post office with the package&nbsp;and lodge a complain. Yesterday I got an email from her that Auspost send a cheque for the total + extra $10 and because it was made in her name, she will cash it and deposit the money in my account!
