sold 2 items,they have taken fees,buyers have goods,i have no money,last time i will use ebay or paypal

Did you send them before buyer paying for them?

Otherwise you will have around 140 in your PayPal account.

You have sold a lot in the past so you would know not to post till you have the payment.

This is part of feebay's latest policy. They hold onto your money for 21 days if you fail to meet any of the list of random conditions they have arbitrarily decided on to add further inconvenience to sellers. If you have had an account with paypal for a long time, then you can speak with them and they may release your money. A number of people have put in complaints to the Financial Ombudsman's Service and have had results from that option as well.
