Marking item as paid after partial refund

Hi All,

I sold 2 items to the one seller with transaction going through without issue. The buyer then received the items and wasnt happy with the condition of one item....was my oversight as I didnt realise one had a hole! I agreed to refund her the money for that one item. I did the refund on Paypal for a partial amount of the total cost. Now both items are saying "unpaid" and I dont seem to have the option to change this ti paid.

Any ideas?

I just archive them, I don't see any other way

Yes we have had this before too.

It's been a while but all I seem to remember doing was to change the item status to Paid and Posted and the problem went away.
