I am looking for a seller - don 't know the ID number is name. How can I track person down. I only know the addfess and name.

If you have purchased or sold to this member check your paypal records and you should be able to contact them via the email addy they provided.

Other than that, you need the seller/buyer id to Advance search.

I haven't purchased from this person but I received a parcel from them. This is why I don't know ID of person. I think they made a mistake. I have checked my paypal and my ebay purchase history. Item doesn't doesn't belong to me.

Where did the parcel come from ? You may be able to use Facebook ? or contact ebay about it.

I agree with the above. Just take it to the PO and say it was not for you and please RTS it. there is no charge.

is it possible that a family member or friend has bought something for you and put your address in the PayPal payment? Unless you open the parcel you may well never know!

If it's your name and address on the parcel then I can't fathom how it is a mistake on any seller's end. Wrong item, yes, but they couldn't have pulled your name and address out of thin air.

Just to check, you know it's to do with ebay because it's in an ebay satchel or has an ebay label? If that's the case, have you tried comparing the tracking numbers in your purchase history with the number on the parcel?

IF it really isn't one of your purchases, then eBaby may be able to link the tracking number to an item id and hence the seller. It would have to be on the system, question is whether ebay will give it to you. I'd be asking family and friends otherwise.

Buyers aren't given sellers' name and address details unless they request them, so unless a seller puts their User ID on the parcel (most don't), then you don't know until you open it.

You've got a long enough purchase history, why is this one different?
