Auto relist feature not available

This option just disappeared . I list approx 10 adds per month ,don't have a store ,contact eBay and received a reply "check you account option is working suggest you delete cache and cookies and try again " tried this several times no luck .so used a iPad to place an add via mobile still no luck .Any suggestions?

go to the listing, click on Revise, and at the end should be the box to tick for 3 free relists. tick that

That's the problem , the tick box isn't there

if you have already relisted 3 times you will have to start a new listing and tick the box again

I've recently started having the same problem and couldn't work out why. Tried clearing my cookies and all that and it did nothing. I made a new dummy account and the automatic relist function was there so obviously something was up.

I just spoke with three different people at eBay help. According to the first one, it was because I had Power Seller status. This didn't make sense because I had gotten Power Status a long time ago, before the free relisting function existed. The other two I spoke to gave me the same answer. Basically, if you sell more than $10,000 in the last 12 months you lose the automatic relist function. The 12 months are worked out everyday so it's a continuing thing - today it's from the 14th of January 2014, tomorrow will be the 15th, etc.

Really wish eBay would actually have this written in their help pages. There's nothing in there that says anything of the sort.

The function key 'disappears' for me quite often (another glitch)....but it returns eventually

Under.alien ,I agree ,it seems the most logical answer, but i have 2 accounts (both have Power seller status) with the same issue the latter account i use for selling items around $10 I dont belive i have any sold anywere near $2,000 over the last 12 months .Maybe they link them together?
