How do I combine postage. I have checked some information but it doesn't make sense.

I am going to have to combine postage in a couple of hours. i have checked out ebays information about doing this but it doesnt make sense. it is telling to go the Sold view, i assume this means click on my sold items. Then it says that Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro automatically determines if there are other items that qualify to be combined.

then it says i will see Combine Purchases link near the top of the Transaction Details. i cant see Transaction Details anywhere. i have checked this on recently sold items. do i have to wait until i sell the item to see this?

You can not combine on postage till the same buyer purchases multiple items from you.

Then you click on send invoice to the right of the sold item and go from there.

Once you enter the postage cost do not click on recalculate just send or preview first if you want to.
