Neutral FB in Error I suspect

We have a buyer who has left us neutral FB but with the following Positive comment attached.

"Good business & good quality product."

This looks very much like an accidental mouse click to me.

I have contacted the buyer about it, but of course no response.

Is it likely that ebay will remove this Neut based on the fact that the comment is clearly positive?

No harm in asking if they will as a seller is not permitted to leave false +ives so there is no difference really.

Yes, same thing happened to me.

I sent the buyer feedback revision request, no reply.

Can't hurt to contact eBay, but I think they will tell you to send feedback revision request to buyer and that it is up to the buyer to revise it..

I got one last week by mistake, emailed Ebay about it and they removed it instantly., great work Ebay.

Yes Clarry, email only, (im hearing impaired), all sorted within hours.

Sent another email today about another issue and they are dealing with that already.

I may of got lucky. lol

You must have the magic keyboard touch. I might try calling them and see where I get with it. Suspect I may need to ask for a supervisor.
