just made a sily mistake..went to open a case on a buyer who has not paid or made comunication but accidently pushed request to cancel and now i cant put the case down as it is making a request to buyer to cancel (not what i wanted to do arr)..This buyer has got awful feedback and i need to get this item ended...Any suggestions please...

Hi jenni, call ebay, explain you selected MC instead of Unpaid case by mistake.

They should change it for you.

just called ebay (managed to get through tonight)..They told me just have to wait til the cancel request ends ( takes a week or so) then ill be credited back the final value fee..If the buyer leaves unfair neg against me as im not protected against this with a cancel request transaction then i wil call them (ebay) & they will remove it...(fingers crossed all goes well)
