How long has this pop up been there?!

If eBay can create this pop up when leaving neutral or negative feedback . . .

Couldn't they prevent the feedback from being left until it's provide a buyer has made contact with a seller?!/!

Shouldn't they REMIND a buyer to contact a seller?

Such potential but a bit of a waste.

Ebay has pointed out that you are about to leave less than positive feedback for as long as I can remember, but in the early days it was a bit more insistant that you should contact the seller before doing so.

You had to tick a little box to say that you had done so.

That was a waste of time...just one more box to tick in the leaving of feedback as the buyers just lied their sox off and went ahead anyway.
