Send my customer the wrong item - using Ebay 500g Flat Rate Satchels .......

I have just realized I have sent the wrong goods using the ebay flat rate satchel. I have told the customer to keep the incorrect goods but I want to resend what she ordered using the 500g Flat Rate Satchell. It was 2 days ago when i first printed out the label. If I go back into label reprinting, will it just reprint her mailing address? The parcel is still in transit.

What I need is to be recharged for the postage again to my ebay account so I can resend correct goods using another Flat Rate Satchel. I saw an option to "Cancel label" but I wasn't sure if doing that would make the whole situation worse.

Can anyone help me with this? otherwise I guess I just wrap it up and send it parcel post but I like the security of the satchel.

You can not use the same tracking number once another has been posted with the same details.

Get a 500gm prepaid satchel from the PO and use that and add the tracking number to the sold item.

thanks for the info. I have also just discovered that if I go back into Manage Postage labels and select Print Another Postage Label option I will be charged a second time. The charge for the additional label will be added to my account so I think this will be the best option for me.
