Trying to call customer service.

Phone rings then can't hear anything from their side.

Must be some sort of issue.

Anyone else having this problem?

I've never had a problem.....are you using the 1800 number that you get through Help and Contact?

Yes, I have been using the 1800 number.

Have since been able to get through but not much satisfaction in finding why I can;t locate fee refunds on cancelled sales.

They give a date but nothing showing up in my credits.

Why don't you get them to call you instead?

That's what I do and I always seem to get a better class of CS rep that way as well.
