      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to call customer service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone rings then can't hear anything from their side.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Must be some sort of issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else having this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I have been using the 1800 number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have since been able to get through but not much satisfaction in finding why I can;t locate fee refunds on cancelled sales.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They give a date but nothing showing up in my credits.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Why don't you get them to call you instead?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That's what I do and I always seem to get a better class of CS rep that way as well.</description>
