Postage Credits - Where are they?

I still have not received postage credits for the 10% using Ebays Postage labels from Nov - Dec last year.

I contacted Ebay by email to advise them of this and after 5 days received a response:

" Please let me know which items you need to receive a postage credit on?"

Are they joking?

All my items are sent through this system and they would have a record of my posage labels so why are they asking me to tell them?

Do i have to go through each and every postage label just to receive a discount that I was entitled to?

Has anyone else had this problem. Have you received your credits for Postage for Nov Dec

So frustrating!!!!

Are you using the eBay satchels? The 10% rebate on postage on applies when you use the up to 500gm Parcel Post option noth 500gm Ebay satchel.

Yes I have npt recived these credits, But i was able to get 2 back for another account.

best to ring them ask for a supperviser ( get names and reference number) and say you will be contacting Fait trading . (promotions and compettions) as well as Financial Ombudsman Service, ACC. stay on the line. it a pity you can not access these after 60 Days.

so make sure you have a printout .

++ have you noticed they still advertise this promotion

Yes all of mine are less than 500grams as I know previsouly when I ,arked as a 500 gram satchel did not get the credit

Thanks think I will ring them..even though this takes so much time.. they probably expect people just to not worry about it due the time it takes but it mor ethe principle of the matter

Yes they are still advertising the 10% credit. I also queried this in my email to them as if they are still advertising this promotion everyone would be able to claim the refund.

Funny thought...NO MENTION in the email re this??????

I wonder why?
