I relisted a few things last night and the box wasn't there. I ended up having to revise them quite a few times, but the box ended up reappearing. One item it reappeared on the 3rd revision, another was around 6 and the other one I gave up. Which reminds me, I probably should go and try again tonight!

Not sure if there's a glitch or whether I need to clear out my cache. Have you tried clearing out your cache and restarting your browser? That can often get the box to reappear if it's disappeared.

Yes I have used different browsers, cleaned the cache. thanks I think i am just blacklisted by ebay as I tried to ring them and they hang up.

I've tried several time since my last reply to get the box appear in the one I relisted last night and I can not get it to appear! I've done all the usual things too. I haven't sold more than the cut off limit, so it could just be a glitch. I just relisted another item and there was no box. Normally when there's a glitchy thing happening, it sorts itself out eventually.

Yes it is hit and miss for me. Sometimes it is there and sometimes not. But if i go on the ipad and revise item then it is there.

I have a store so people have said i shouldnt get them anymore but i do....i also don't get the option for GTC on items either which i should with a store.

Not sure what the problem is but i seem to be in limbo between a store and not a store haha

I just tried to relist or revise on my phone using the 'classic site' and I got an error saying I had to upload photos! For some reason my photos don't appear when I try to revise a currently listed item! Does anyone who uses the eBay app know if the relist box is there when listing / relisting? I haven't listed using the phone app before.

I'm sure it is pointless contacting eBay about this glitch, we would just get the usual cut and paste drivel.

Just sent them an email about the missing Free 3 relisting's not showing. I am to expect a reply within 24 hours. We will see.

You're wasting your time sending them an email. At best you'll receive a boilerplate reply which tells you absolutely nothing. I'm currently waiting on a call back from eBay CS right now and will post what they have to say shortly.

I listed a whole bunch of items on Monday, and the "relist" box was there on all.

Mind you, every few items or so, the "preferred payment method" and "postal service" options would be wiped, and I'd have to re-enter them...

OK, I've just spoken with CS and they admit that in my case, at least, it was an error and my check-box will be restored ASAP. Seems that there's an item and sales amount limit after which sellers no longer qualify for 3 free relists and it appears that it has been removed from a lot of sellers who still qualify. Typical heavy-handed eBay getting things wrong again.

An email may have the desired result but I personally wouldn't chance it as we know that half the time eBay doesn't read them, or if they do, they get them wrong anyway. Much easier and quicker to ring CS and get it on record that you have an issue, and it will be passed on to those who can fix it ASAP.

Mine's missing too. I'm a low seller with 40 free listings a month. I thought it was a change in policy but couldn't find it anywhere. if I'm no longer eligible, shouldn't they have at least informed me? Do I have to chase them up to get it back?

The same thing for me, regarding the Preferred Payment and Postage details are not the same as before. I just had to relist some items and the 3 Free listing box is not there. I have a store and I always uswd to get them. Very frustrating!. Hope it it fixed soon. Good luck everyone, Regards Carla.

Following CQ's advice rang them. CS after the usual pass the difficult customer on the Clown advised that 3 Free relists had been removed from both my accounts and they would not re-instating them as I was to use business policy at a cost of course. I advised pity they did not tell us before changing policy and also to change their help site which advises ALL how to relist 3 times for Free. Usual drivel about sorry and changes being made to benefit Sellers gave a full and frank resoponse to that one.

There's a new process to get the 3 free relist back?

I rang CS as well but they gave me a completely different story. Was told the 3 free relist are for new sellers only and they have now taken it off from all sellers deemed "not new".

I talked to live chat and was told I was no longer eligible due to the amount I was selling. I asked why I wasn't sent any emails regarding this and the guy said eBay doesn't have to . So I guess after you've sold a certain amount you are no longer eligible

I got this reply on another ID:

the auto-relist feature is only available to non-business new, occasional or regular sellers.

I am a non-business regular seller, but it seems that because they foisted 'Powerseller' staus on me I am now a business!!

I am so angry about this, as I am only a seller of personal second hand items. Does anyone know where I can check to see if they have marked me as a business?

Anyway, ebay will ultimately be the loser, as I will only be doing the 40 free listings per month plus any other freebies that come along. No listing... no sales.... no fees.
