Anyone else having problems processing postage labels this morning?

Processed one label this morning and now having trouble processing the rest. The postage charge amount doesn't come up and the option to process doesn't come up. Anyone else with this problem??

I've only had that happen one time when the address is wrong..... usually the system will warn you that "this address cannot be verified" in red writing but occasionally it is glitchy and the label just won't work. Check the address postcode and city carefully and see if that helps.

Thanks for the suggestion, but all that stuff is fine. Really strange, it was literally 20 seconds from processing one and now it won't work.

Have you got a click and send account? Try processing the address through there - without purchasing a label. The system will tell you if the address is ok.

Otherwise I reckon a phone call to ebay CS might be the go - painful I know! 😞

I created a postage label this morning BUT when I tried to lodge at AP the barcode came up as INVALID.

Good on you ebay for a glitch that has wasted my time and money.

I have reported my issue to CS and am awaiting a return phone call when they figure out the problem and hopefully fix it. But I am still stuck with a parcel that I cannot post until it is sorted out. I can't cancel that label and issue a new one as no guarantees that it won't happen again.

Same here, I tried to lodge 5 parcels yesterday and three of them went through with no problem but the other two had a string of numbers before and after the actual tracking number.

The PO lady did her best and tried all sorts of things to get it to work but in the end I gave up and told her to just do her best and if they did not register just to send them off. Still not showing any tracking this morning so fingers crossed they both get there and both buyers are honest.

I printed out a 500g ebay flat rate satchel package and it came out 22KG declared weigh.. the price did not change though.

I printed label yesturday and had the same problem INVALID BARCODE.

I posted anyway as I do not wish my customers to have a delay in posting, which then may result in Bad Fedback

I also cheked the Aust Post website and the parcel has not been tracked!!!

I also tried to print label today and ...No Go cannot do it!

So another glitch with the system

I hope you have all reported your issues to ebay so that they can fix the problem. If you don't let them know they can fix it.

I processed a label this morning for a parcel 1.4kg. It came us as 22kg and was scanned at Ap as being a 3kg satchel....not what I entered. I cannot stand to contact CS and get one of their frustrating replies.......

Some people have been reporting this 'feature' happening for the last few weeks however it does not effect anything, the items cost the right amount for the 500g or 3kg satchels and are tracked and delivered just the same as if the correct weight was on the satchel.

I got a reponse from CS stasting that they were able to recreate my Invalid label and the Techies have been advised to find and fix this error. Was also advised that this may take up to 2 weeks.

I have cancelled my postage label and will from now on pay and post at the PO until I can get confirmation that it has been fixed.

I always request CS to phone me so that I don't waste my time waiting for them. They usually get back to you a lot quicket than when you phone them and are waiting in a queue.

So many issues on ebay at present. Check your billing as there are also issues with incorrect amounts being billed for postage labels and FVF.
