I just wanted to warn other sellers about a buyer who buys items, leaves negative feedback, and states she will remove the feedback only after she recieves a refund, when given refund and even when sent feedback revision and she doesn't return the item either. This seller has a downright nasty side, she did this to me after I sent a message, when she purchased that postage would be derlayed and offered immediate refund prior to posting, as we had been hit by cyclone Macia and I had no power or phones for a week.

I am new to this and am not sure if I can name her or not, so i will provide as much info as I can so she doesn't do this to anyone else. She goes under a username of Virginia........

Ebay have removed her feedback and are now investigating her too as I am not the first she has done this too, I wish I was aware earlier.I hope thi helps other sellers

Hi, sorry this has happened to you. No, you can't name and shame on here. The only person with that username is a 0 feedback member in the US. A good reason why naming and shaming isn't allowed.....sometimes the wrong name gets written and the wrong member gets into strife.

It's great news that eBay have removed the feedback and are investigating her. Sometimes they will remove a member who is clearly flouting the system. It happened recently to a member in Canada. She only every left negatives for people and after a couple of complaints, eBay shut her down.

Ebay will give you a slap of you name and shame on here. Theres a couple of groups on Facebook that will be are very helpful, particularly if youre a newbie. One is called "Ebay Help for Buyers and Sellers" (plenty of aussies on there)...

You can name and shame to your hearts content on there!
