Item 151618944567 & 151618950061 Both sold and Now Relisted. Both had several Bids. Just puzzled !!!

I would say he didn't get what he wanted for them, given they are both relisted as a BIN at a higher price than what they sold for. Did you check his feedback and DSR's? ATROCIOUS!!!
