Use the help and contact link, its up the top righthand side, type in contacting ebay, or somthing simmular, a phone number will eventually display, and you will get a one time code, write that down, ring them with your problem or you can get them to ring you.

Are you using IE? If so try another browser. Chrome is usually the most ebay friendly.
