HI THIS PERSON SOLD ME AN IPHONE 6 128 GB BUT THE PHONE CAME DEFFENTLY COMPERED TO HER DISCRIPTION IT CAME WITH REQUID IN THE AND A BIG LINE ON THE PHONE WHICH WAS NOT ON THE DISCRIPTION PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK AS THIS ITERM ALSO DROPS DIED SOMETIMES IT WAS NOT WHAT IT WAS DISCRIBLED BECAUSE I HAVE NO MONEY TO BUY ANOTHER PHONE UNTILL I GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE CONTACT ME ME OR SEN ME AN EMAIL I NEED THE MONEY BACK ASAP I BOUGHT IT FOR 200 AND I ALSO PAID FOR POSTAGED

Have you contacted the seller or ebay about the matter?

People on these boards are members just like you. We are not ebay staff and cannot obtain refunds for others on their behalf

The only way to get your money back is to open a dispute in ebay or paypal.

For an item that is not as described the ebay dispute is the best as the seller will have to ay the return postage if they want the item returned.
