Past few weeks the cursor has been causing the page to increase or decrease in size when I move it, up and down just as though I had engaged CTRL plus scroll.

It's very annoying.

Yesterday I went out and bought a new one, but the same things;s still happening. It's on all websites it's happening.

Never heard of this - has anyone else?

You really need to look at what you are doing while using the mouse.

Some of the most common causes of this problem is large breasted women leaning on the touch pad or keyboard, the users non-mouse hand leaning on touch pad, keyboard or graphics tablet or the family cat is asleep on something important.

So do you lean on anything with your non mouse hand while using the mouse????:^O

(I dare not ask if you have a large rack:^O)

Tthanks so much for your helpful reply I really appreciate it and am forever grateful. .

No, I don't have a large rack.

Yes I have been resting my non-mouse hand on the touchpad.

So now you've totally embarrassed me in front of the community

go away and laugh yourself silly.

Try using a different web browser. Also, is your mouse wirelss?
