Incorrect Product Description

I bought a supposed wireless indoor/outdoor thermometer and it was only a thermometer without a remote wireless sender to record outdoor temperatures.

I contacted the seller as they always ask not to give neutral and negative feedback. I asked that they change their description. I noticed a lot of sellers are selling this same product with the false description. How do I contact eBay about this?
