easy cap recording in black and white

Hi......Any body out there have an easy cap. I loaded up the disc and copied the instructions on the computer. Have it all running but the picture is in black and white. I believe there is an issue with Windows 7 and easy cap, There is plenty of advice on Youtube but it is all have bad audio. Also there seems to be a few different versions. What I could under stand made no sence to me at all. So is there some one out there who knows what I am talking about and can help mr step by step.

I had the same problem with easy-cap and win 7 but when I tried win xp it worked great with sound and color
