we have recieved a item, we did not order from overseas.

the fed express tracking numver is 797391390343. The parcel has been opened, and resealed by ebay. The product appears to be a itrip, by 2.

You are asking member like yourself here not ebay staff.

ebay do not open and resela anything as they never get them.

If the item was from OS then it may have been customs that opened it and resealed it.

You need to contact the seller about the problem and if you paid with paypal then you only have 45 days to open a dispute for item not as described to get your money back.

DO NOT let it reach the 45 days to open the dispute as 40 days is ample time and too protect yourself.

Hi , item should have a printed receipt included which should note the item number and Seller ID , from there you can contact the Seller via my-ebay message and request advice from the Seller

(use ebay message rather than direct webmail as this is your evidence of actions observed by ebay)

Seller should then confirm Seller error in sending to wrong address and probably write off item - end of your concern
