You have up to 45 days after payment to do that.<BR /><BR />If it's faulty, you do have the right to obtain a refund, but you'll have to send it back tracked for Paypal to issue it to you.<BR /><BR />Send it back only to the address Paypal tells you to in this case, and upload the tracking info.<BR /><BR />If you paid with a credit card directly, talk to your bank about a chargeback.<BR /><BR />If you paid cash or bank deposit, you have no buyer protection, and will need to try to get the seller to refund.
