Trouble viewing an ebay listing. Advice needed!

Hi, I always seem to have trouble viewing one of my favourite sellers listings.

As the page is loading I get a glimpse of the full description.

Once the page has fully loaded the description area is markedly reduced to just the wattle border - 2.5cm. There is a scroll bar on the RH side of the sellers description, then the normal ebay scroll bar at far right.

I am using windows IE9

How can I view her description area in full??

This is not a first, it is an ongoing issue for me.

Does this mean that everyone else can see the description???

I really need a solution for this problem.

Hi, I can see the full description and photos.

Suggest you delete from favorites list, clear cache and cookies, sign out of ebay, close browser. Re-open browser, then sign in and re-add the seller to your list.

That may work if your computer has picked up a small bug. 🙂

The only other I can suggest is to try firefox as a browser. ?:|

Otherwise a more computer savvy person might be along or you could try posting the question on something like yahoo.
