Hacked Computer?

Every time I turn my computer on and check the network connections I see 3 things showing.

1. Computer =OK

2.Gateway=OK

3.HTC one XL=NOT OK

The HTC phone isn't connected by anyone in our household,no one owns a HTC.

So my question is to any computer wizz is has my computer been hacked into by this HTC phone?

If not then why does it show on my network?
