A Sterling Silver verge fusee pocket watch hallmarked London 1841, bought for my youngest sons birthday coming up in May. Working perfectly, original key, 172 years old.

Hi Lakeland, lol! after the drama with the first one we bought - he will treat it with kid gloves. After some discussion I have decided to let him have the broken one as well, and it is going off to the person we bought the SECOND one off and who replaced the glass and tidied up this one. Paypal has ignored my last email asking for a review of my rejected appeal so my choice is an ongoing drama involving ombudsmen etc or see if we can get it fixed at a reasonable price. I am taking the path of least resistance although it irks me to do so 😞

well i've seen something similar (modern) in a pharmacy. its a nice kit.
