The Chinese lantern was a very popular design (Crown Ducal made some similar); orange was a very popular Art Deco colour (Shelley made a lot of vases in this colour palette). On the base is 'Royal Staffordshire Pottery Wilkinson Ltd Burslem England' then just handwritten numbers/letters very hard to make out. It obviously has some age, the colours are glorious, the handpainted Chinese lanterns are colourful, and the pine tree branches are very detailed.
