Update ID Details

Hello,

Could someone help me, since ebay have removed PayPal, they have asked me for updated ID, I have scanned and uploaded both the front and back of my licence, 9 times now, and they are still holding funds and I cant find a way of contacting them, I would appreciate any help

Edit to add. Since you haven't sold for over a year eBay sees you as a new seller and will hold funds until you can show by feedback and/or tracking that the transaction was successful.

Hi there, You appear to be a new seller and under managed payments your funds will be on hold for 30 days.

Check your "Payments" Tab , I think it should tell you when the funds will be released.

Still unable to receive payments, have uploaded ID as they requested several times. Anyone got there number? Cheers

Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay

On hold

Processing

or Available.

If on hold it could be the 30 day wait as a new seller

Are you registered as an individual seller or as a Trust or Corporation etc?
