This seller has blocked me for no legitimate reason and I am baffled as to what his/her problem is with me buying from him/her as the last time I bought from them I gave them good feedback.

Don't know what you think China has to do with it. If the seller does not want to deal with you, for whatever reason, that is their choice. You have no entitlement, return buyer or not. somehow I can not locate FB left by you for that particular seller, but as you seem to make a habit of leaving false positive FB, the seller might have had it removed, that might also explain why your no longer welcome to purchase from them.
