Unknowen payment

We have received a payment to our bank account. This payment we think is incorrect. The email linked with the pay pal details is incorrect. As this issue is not covered by the limited options of the auto bot help desk I can not at this time resolve this issue. All phone numbers that I have been able to find on line have not worked.

Try live chat from the help page. Go to the help page, scroll down to "contact us" and go through all the options until a live chat window appears (during normal business hours).

All your feedback as a seller is from over a year ago and you have nothing recent ended

Is it possible the payment was for an item you sold some time ago that was 'relisted' by eBay (which they have a habit of doing?)

Not sure which phone numbers you tried as the call center has been closed for well over two years

The headlights you currently have listed for sale, did you list those (and of so, have you completed sign up for Managed Payments)

Or should those not be there?

Under managed payments, you would be paid direct by ebay, with no reference to the buyers paypal.

You do not have any ebay sales on the account you have used here.

As you claim a paypal reference, check your paypal account.

When using live chat, instead of talking to the bots, select talk to agent or just type in talk to agent.

I was asking about Managed Payments for the item they have listed for sale now(rather than whatever the payment they have already received is about).

In case the OP did indeed list those, rather than them being another long ago item re-listed by eBay. since their last sales were so long ago

It is unlikely to be money from Ebay.

As you are an infrequent seller, your money would now be on hold for at least 30 days after any sale you make, and you would also have had to sign up to the new financial system of Managed Payments. Your seller history shows nothing has sold recently.
