What to do if I change my mind on the item and the seller do not agree and keep on asking to pay it immediately

If you don't pay the seller will probably open an unpaid item dispute against you, that will earn you a strike against your account.

2 or more of those in a 12 month period will see you unable to buy from sellers that have their buyer blocks in place.

Don’t mess sellers around by buying stuff you don’t want

Sellers are charged fees and lose sales due to fake bidders

The seller does not have to agree to cancel

It is not all about you

If you don’t want it, pay for it and sell it yourself when it arrives
