Ebay has charged me for a shipping label I didn't use one of their labels and want a refund of the $18.50 they charged me you can't even contact ebay

Was it during business hours when you tried?

It is not a 24/7 service

eBay have no idea you did not use the label you created if you did not cancel it

You have 5 days from the time of creating a label, to cancel it, you then have to wait about 6 weeks for AP to verify that the label was not used, before a refund will be processed.
