I have sold something and the buyer hasn't paid and hasn't responded to any messages from me.

Im not sure what to do. Can I just relist it. I can't find any information about what to do in this situation.

If the buyer has not paid and it has been 4 days or more, you need to cancel using the reason buyer did not pay

eBay does not know the buyer did'nt pay if you don't report it

And if you just relist. you will still be charged fees for the unpaid one

If it has been over 4 days, go to cancel transaction >>>> relist

However how can you say you can't find any information on this?

"Help" is on every eBay page & by simply entering three letters all is revealed...
