I have received numerous messages saying the bag I sold has not been sent. It was sent and has been received.

Who is sending you messages? Did you upload tracking?

Who were the messages from? (are they auto generated eBay messages?)

Have you fully completed sign up to Managed Payments and been verified to sell before you listed anything?

And the 30 day hold on funds to all new sellers still applies from that point

It looks like automated from ebay. I did send through buying AP voucher just took it to the post office & sent it straight away as the buyer wanted it before they went away for Christmas. It should NOT be this hard to get paid. I have emails from seller saying it was received & told them to contact you. Which I take it they did. If selling is this hard after having problems not receiving products like I have had. I will not be selling anything more on eBay. The message says they have funds on HOLD????

They would not have told anyone to contact the member to member forum, we cannot release your funds

Emails from the (buyer, I assume you mean) are not acceptable for eBay

And again, did you upload the tracking

Are you fully signed up and verified to sell

Either way, your funds will still be on hold as you are considered a new seller by eBay (does not matter if you sold hundreds of things years ago)

Other members cannot help you any further re the holds

You will need to contact eBay and ask what the issue is, if everything you need to do has been correctly done

I have found it impossible to get any help with my payment which ebay has on hold for over $200. The item was sent before Xmas and I have the tracking number. The buyer has shown me that he has PAID ebay through is Westpack account. This is very difficult to sell on ebay. IT is also hard to buy as 2 items last purchased through eBay were a waste of time. I was FAKE perfume & the other probably was too but it was never received & delivered to the wrong address by AP. AP have 1 start rating so it is difficult to use them or this site by my own bad experience

Yes you are right. I have the tracking number. It should not be this hard to sell or buy on ebay. I have had trouble with AP delivering to the wrong address 2 streets away. I wonder whether some can understand English

Posting again in community feedback won't change the answers

30 day holds apply to all new sellers, sellers who have not sold in a long time and sellers who only rarely sell

You agreed to those holds when you listed

As for the items you have bought, you have tools from eBay to

Open item not as described dispute

and item not received dispute

But you have left it too late for those now, which was why you were advised to do it back when you first posted months ago

I HAVE BEEN THROUGH EVERYTHING FOR HELP. IT SHOWS THEY SOLD MY RADLEY HANDBAG FOR $233 BEFORE XMAS. IT SHOWS $$$ on hold. It also shows under banking they owe me nothing. This site is not worth the stress of trying to get your $$$$

Why does it show in the banking that I am owed nothing? That is fine for 30-day hold but it keeps showing a message saying the item was not sent. I have the tracking number if needed. I did not buy postage through ebay I took it straight to the PO as the buyer wanted the bag asap so that is what I did.
