Counter Offers Disabled

Hello all,

I am a small seller. I was always under the impression that I had counteroffers enabled, however as late I have noticed that when I send offers on the app it says 'counter offers disabled'? I have searched high and low for any info on this and how to change it all to no avail. I am still selling, but i would like to have the option for the buyers to counter back. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you send an offer in the app, you have the option to toggle counteroffers on or off
