When paying for an item on ebay

Hello Folks

Whenever I go to pay for something on EBay, it processes the Ebay Card Payment OK, but the "Confirm and pay" button is all greyed out and you can't go any further.

Is this a known issue? Does anyone know when it will be rectified?

I bought an item with Paypal a couple of days ago without any problems.

As Twyn said, if you're using the app either go to the full site on your phone or use a computer.

I was using the PC when I got the error

I tried clearing the Cache & History & tried 3 different Web Browsers

Still nothing

Did you reboot your computer after clearing cache and cookies ?

Or do you have any unpaid items outstanding ?

No there is nothing outstanding, in fact I have credit left over from another card

I even tried another PC no luck

Hi, I have the same issue since yesterday, once I apply my gift card to ebay order total is $0.00 covered by the gift card balance but the "Confirm and pay" button is greyed out and won't allow me to go through with the purchase. Will never use eBay giftcard ever again..

Make sure your payment method and address are valid. When I select a valid payment method, the "confirm and pay" button turns blue.

Make sure the item is still available and hasn't sold or been removed.

Try another payment method.

Try another seller.

Have you entered the redemption code?

Paying with an eBay gift card

You'll need to use your redemption code to pay for an item with your gift card. Here's where you'll find your gift card redemption code:

Physical cards – Scratch off the security coating on the back of the card to reveal the code

Digital cards – The code is in the email you received

When you're ready to make a purchase, here's how to pay with your eBay gift card at checkout:

Enter your postage and payment details.

Scroll to the bottom of the checkout page and enter the gift card redemption code in the Gift cards, vouchers, coupons field.

Select Apply to see your new total.

Check your details again and select Confirm and pay.

But ebay could be having technical issue - there is a note on the help pages that digital cards are currently unavailable. Not sure if that is just to buy or includes to use.
