verify my account

I have tried five times to verify my account but the system keeps rejecting mu input.

It looks like it won't recognise my licence because the rear of the licence is black and white.

I believe this to be the only problem. Ebay is withholding money till this is resolved.

Any help will be most appreciated.

Not sure what state you are in , but ours are black and white on the back as well.

Why do you think it is because of the colour?

Is the name on the licence exactly the same as the name on your eBay account?

Is the photo or scan of sufficiently good resolution?

I doubt that, as that would rule out every victorian who got a license renewal when they were doing black and white bbacks. Just checked another that was issued a few months back, black and white.

I would not put too much faith/value in what an eBay cs typed from a pre-written script either
