When are Ebay going to get the new markdown manager to work

It has been literally weeks since the new Markdown Manager was launched. I have had non stop issues with it, when I have a sale it 'skips' most of the things I put on sale.
I have contacted Ebay numerous times to be told this is an ongoing issue and will be resolved, however it is not resolved and after trying to launch a sale today it again 'skips' all the items I want on sale and shows as an active sale when in fact nothing is on sale. I contacted Ebay again today to be told its an ongoing issue.

To say I'm beyond frustrated is an understatement.

The old format markdown manager was fine, worked every time without issue, now this new program is unable to work correctly it would seem.

I don't know. They seem to have 0 interest in doing anything in a timely fashion

Took them weeks to fix the issues with free listings being charged for and the zoom issues on pictures, while much of the tim denying there were any issues at all

Exact same issue for us! Most listings are skipped and not added to sale. What a piece of rubbish!

Ebay is destroying itself.
