Unable to log in to account

I cannot log into either of my accounts at all. Yesterday got a new version of start up page and wonder if somehow related?

I try to log in using the help and contact page due to issues. When logging in I request a text me a code option, I do not receive a code after trying multiple times either.

I’ve also tried to request a real person call me about this but seems unable to achieve that either.

can someone please help me with this?

It could be a "log in loop".

Try clearing cache and cookies then rebooting your computer and/or try a different browser.

it’s back up now but I’ve got no reason this happened for sometime actually.
