Hi, Can anyone explain why my purchases between September 2023 and October 2024 have all disappeared?

You would need to question eBay over their elevated rooster

Are you logged into the account on which the purchases were made?

Have you adjusted the time period in the drop down menu?

Has it just happened now? Friday being glitch day

Are you on the app on the real site

According to your feedback page, you have not left or received feedback in this eBay account in over a year.

Is it possible your most recent eBay purchases were made using a different eBay account? It is very easy to inadvertently create a new eBay account by signing in using a social media account on a new device. Did you get a new device in September 2023?
