Update payment option, although it's already saved.

Hi All,

I am still waiting to be paid from my first sale over 2 months ago.

In my profile settings it keeps asking me to update my payment options, which I have, and it has saved, yet I still can't get a pay out. The item was purchased and arrived all fine.

Its just says you have to select a payment option, then it says 48 pending request, then it goes back to suspended need to confirm your details.

I can't even find a way to contact eBay to get my payment and I am cancelling all my recent sales as I won't get the money until it's fixed.

Is this one of those common problems that eBay won't fix because they make a lot of money out of it?

Did you fully complete sign up to Managed Payments and be verified to sell before you listed?

Or once you had sold something?

Or not at all?

You still have an item listed now

it's not the buyer's fault so I hope you have refunded them and at least intend to communicate with them and explain why you are cancelling
