Contacting seller

I have done this before with no problems, but now, I can't type anything in the contact seller popup.

Anyone else having this problem?

No problems here on WIN 10 and Firefox.

Try clearing cache and cookies and rebooting your computer and/or try another browser.

Are you clicking on the "send message" text? If you see a checkbox to send a copy to your email, you should be able to enter your text just above that.

If not, perhaps the seller does not allow messages.

Thank you so much. I thought you had to compose the message before clicking on send.

And you are definitely not the only one struggling with the new message page; eBay has made the whole thing quite confusing.
