change to active listings search by dates is no longer available, so is impossible to check if I have an item listed for sale already, causing double listings errors, as I have 1000s of listings there in munismatics, its a nightmare to go through pages of listings every time you want to upgrade or edit a particular listing, search by items tittle do not work at all and take ages to type.

Why do eBay tech keep replacing things that work, with things that don,t.

You would need to ask them

I've asked the same question myself on here numerous times

So many things that need fixing, but they instead fiddle with things there was nothing wrong with, until those things also need fixing

Their go to excuse for everything is 'to enhance the eBay experience'

Hi there, have you tried putting a keyword in the ENTER VALUE field.

I presume you are trying to search for coins by circulation date, so I would try entering the year of circulation IE: 1972 in that field. Note, may only work if the date is in the title.

It is a very handy shortcut.

Yes a great short cut.

All my listings have a date on the tittle and that apply to 99% of listings in these type of items by any sellers,

We will now see a huge problem with an uptick in duplicated listing and cancellation of orders, then issues with eBay blaming sellers for not having the stock on hands, when in fact it is almost impossible to gross check active listings without spending a massive amount of time locating the items with the drop down menu list on that field as it is, that will not do much good for to the positive experience for the buyers.

A simple way would be for the seller to be able to add to that list or be able to choose from an extended list use would be the answer to the problem, but that to much to ask.

I spend so much time on avoiding this issue in the past, now its way worse.

I dont sell coins, but use it to search my active items by keyword, rather than having to scroll through all listings. Used it a couple of times today and instead of having to scroll through 12 pages of listings, the first keyword returned 2 of my listings to select from, next search, keyword returned 4 listings to choose from.

I presume if I was selling coins, and entered 1972, it would only return my active items with 1972 in the title. Honestly I don't see how it is going to increase the number of duplicate listings.
