topic Refund issue in Technical Issues

Seller initiated a cancel request, it said cancel pending for a week and now i’ve just received a notification that the cancel couldn’t go through as there was an issue with the refund. The seller won’t reply to my messages. Do i seriously have to wait until the estimated delivery date (two months away) to open a case for the ebay money back guarantee? Or do i contact by bank?

Here's your other thread

https://community.ebay.com.au/t5/Ask-a-member/Cancel-pending/m-p/2603617#M6620

The seller's told you they're out of stock but won't refund and is now ignoring you.

Very occasionally when a problem like this has been posted on the boards, eBay reads it and will contact you.

But because you can't rely on that, I recommend that you contact eBay Help in the morning.

Make the situation very clear to them......they'll be able to see the messages that the seller has sent you.

Go to Live Help at the top of the page, follow the prompts until you get to the automated assustant then ask to speak to a supervisor.

Please let us know how you go.

Can you post the item number, not the seller's name.
